Did it Rain on Your Parade?

For all of you that were upset that it rained on the fourth of July, don’t blame bad weather...

Blame Mash.

Surely you have all heard that when cats sleep on their heads it makes it rain? Our mom learned that from one of the families that she worked with. We've seen Mash sleeping like that a lot through out the years and sure enough, it always rains afterwards.

Mash wanted mom to stay home on her day off and brush her. She thought making it rain would make the parade, fireworks and 4th of July parties go away (plus Mash is afraid of fireworks--what a silly pussy). So she spent the majority of July third sleeping on her face hoping that if it rained, everything would be canceled.

So that’s the scoop guys. We’ve been living with Mash long enough to see through her plots and schemes. She’s one sick kitty.
