And he shall be called...
Crimson Comet!
"Crimson," for short. Crimson Comet is an Australian comic book hero and Monique thought it would be good because of his battle with the vampires ("I thought about him avenging all of those blood-thirsty, blood-sucking ticks..."). We agreed!
Since all of us weasels (and even the cat--Mashed Potato and the tarantulas--Good Charlotte & Spidey Web Snapper) have at least two names, we thought the new guy should be no different. We thought about "Ticket Tock," combining Tick, Ticket, and Tock--but thought it sounded like something a cop does when he pulls you over; we considered Zorro Houdini, Zorro Mondo, or Zorro Houdini Mondo--but kept coming back to Crimson Comet. We think it best describes his pre-happy home life, in the log pile.
Thanks to everyone! You came up with some really cool names!
~Winzig das Opossum, Rikki Tikki Tavi, Banter Basho Badger, Link #9 (The Cat Killer), Nanook of the North, Crimson Comet~
